HOW CAN I HELP
Éistim is Irish for “I listen”.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore what you’re going through and work together toward meaningful change.
Psychotherapy is about expressing, exploring, and resolving. It’s about becoming yourself – discovering who you really are. The more you know yourself, the more secure you feel, and with that knowledge and security, comes freedom.
It may seem difficult for you to call, but we promise to listen compassionately to you, and give you the space to express how you are feeling.




Healing through understanding
My belief is that one size does not “fit all”, therefore I adopt an integrative approach which concerns the entire person and all aspects of their lives.
Symptoms are important and we will address them, however, it is the person behind the symptom that we explore in therapy, thereby getting a bigger picture of the problem.

I specialise in working with individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bereavement, domestic violence, stress, self-esteem, sexuality, phobia, and other psychological difficulties.
My qualifications and training as a psychotherapist have provided me with the skills to engage and build relationships with individuals in need of psychological support.
